I help women step back from the noise, expectations, and “shoulds” that weigh them down, and reconnect with who they truly are. I bring in over 30 years of experience in energy work, alternative therapies, and metaphysics… not as a set of techniques, but as a way of understanding and supporting the heart, mind, body & soul. Through Inner Harmony Insights, I guide women using heart-led tools like EFT, numerology, coaching, holistic supports and resources, and the principles of lasting happiness and mindset shifts. My focus isn’t on a checklist of steps, but on creating space for self-discovery, empowerment, joy, & peace.
