Moonstone Ferments

Moonstone Ferments is a Kelowna based farm/garden operation that uses natural fermentation to preserve the foods we mostly grow. From the biodiversity of the soil to the fermentation vessels, we do the best humanly possible to achieve the highest microbial/enzyme life force in our product. We sell sauerkrauts and kimchi that are prepared/fermented in food safe facilities and each batch is tested by an IHA approved microbiological lab. We promote traditional food security that has been used since man crawled out of caves. We sell kits that make natural fermentation easy, and offer classes that teach natural DIY probiotics at home. Sourdough, sprouting, yogurt, kombucha, Jun, water & milk Kefir, and of course, vegetable fermentation for krauts & kimchi. “Field to Ferment, Garden to Gut!” is what we sell, is what we teach, is where we grow.
