If you are struggling with the effects of trauma, which could include ongoing sadness, anxiety, dissociation, depression, hypervigilance, being jumpy or easily startled, feeling irritable or having aggressive behaviour or feeling confused and often get triggered and are looking for a safe and supportive space to work through your experience and emotions and begin your journey towards healing, I am here to help. As a trained and certified trauma coach, I am equipped with the knowledge and skills to guide you through the healing process and provide you with the tools and support you need to thrive. Some skills I use to help you feel better are somatics, PEMF therapy, mindfulness and grounding tools for nervous system regulation.
